Application scope:Commonly used in metallurgy, silicate products, building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, electricity, chemical and other industrial and mining enterprises for grinding, mineral processing, glass and ceramic production industries.
Performance characteristics of gypsum powder ball mill
1. Less component wear and tear
The material particles in the gypsum powder ball mill are crushed by impact and grinding between the grinding medium and between the grinding medium and the lining plate. During the crushing process, a layer of fine powder is often adsorbed on the surfaces of the grinding medium and the lining plate, serving as a buffer layer. ThereforeGypsum powder ball millThe loss of components is relatively low.
2. Reduce electricity consumption and save investment
useGypsum powder ball millGrinding materials can significantly reduce the total power consumption of the grinding system, saving 25-50% energy compared to traditional grinding methods. The annual energy-saving benefits are considerable, and compared to other mills with the same production capacity requirements, the production investment is relatively low.
3. High production efficiency
By continuously improving the internal structure of the mill itself and the powder selection equipment in the systemGypsum powder ball millThe potential ability of the system has been fully utilized, increasing production by more than 50% and improving the overall production efficiency of the system.
4. Large scale equipment
traditionGypsum powder ball millDue to limitations in processing, transportation, heat treatment, and other conditions,Gypsum powder ball millLarge scale is greatly constrained, and after improvementGypsum powder ball millEffectively solved such problems.
Notice on purchasing gypsum powder ball mill
1. Load capacity of gypsum powder ball mill
Load refers to the total load, which includes the load of ball loading, material loading, and water volume. The load of the mill directly affects the quality of the finished product. On the other hand, the load of the grinder is also an important parameter for checking its automatic control capability, and the power load also affects production efficiency. When the gypsum powder ball mill is operating normally, its load should be at a stable level, which can greatly reduce power consumption and increase production output.
2. Electricity for gypsum powder ball mill
The rated power of the motor used in the gypsum powder mill is 1.05 to 1.1 times the actual required motor power of the gypsum powder ball mill, in order to ensure that the motor is at full load during operation and achieve the goal of fully utilizing electrical energy. In addition, different types of mills need to use different voltages in order to achieve better production results. The gypsum powder ball mill produced by Stellar has high performance and long service life, and is popular among the public.
Working principle of gypsum powder ball mill
The raw materials are fed into a hollow cylinder through a hollow shaft neck for grinding. The cylinder is filled with grinding media of various diameters (steel balls, steel bars, gravel, etc.). When the cylinder rotates around a horizontal axis at a certain speed, the medium and raw materials inside the cylinder, under the action of centrifugal and frictional forces, detach from the inner wall of the cylinder and fall or roll down as the cylinder reaches a certain height. When their own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, they shatter the ore due to the impact force. Meanwhile, during the rotation of the mill, the sliding motion between the grinding media also has a certain grinding effect on the raw materials.
